supaSAJU Terms of Service
supaSAJU is an AI-based entertainment and reference service that uses Saju (Korean Four Pillars) to help you sort through your thoughts and options. The guide is an AI, not a real person. It does not provide medical, psychotherapeutic, legal, or investment advice, and it makes no guarantees about the future; a Saju reading is not a statement of fact.
1. Purpose and operator
These terms set out the conditions for using the supaSAJU web service, apps, and related services (the "Service") provided by Suparain, Inc. (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and users. Contact: help@supasaju.com
2. Eligibility and accounts
- The Service is for adults only. You must be at least 18, and in the Republic of Korea at least 19. You must also meet the age of majority where you live, and we check your eligibility when you sign up.
- We do not offer consultations or sales in countries or regions where the Service cannot be provided (for example, regions an outside AI provider does not serve).
- You must create your account with accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- Accounts are not merged automatically, even when Apple, Google, and email sign-in resolve to the same address. They are linked only after the existing account has been re-authenticated.
- Using another person's account, bypassing authentication, automated abuse, and anything that harms the stability of the Service are prohibited.
3. The nature of the AI consultation
- The guide is an AI, not a real person. The Company does not present the guide as a human expert or as a spiritual being.
- Saju readings and AI responses are for entertainment and reference, and can be wrong. A reading is not a statement of fact or a guarantee about the future, and it is not medical, psychotherapeutic, legal, or investment advice.
- For urgent danger, or for medical, legal, or financial decisions, consult the appropriate authority or a qualified professional. If a consultation detects self-harm, harm to others, or another emergency, we show the emergency contacts for the country concerned and may end the consultation.
- Speech recognition, AI responses, and translation can contain errors.
4. Passes and payment
- One pass is one 10-minute consultation. A pass is used, and the 10 minutes start, when the AI guide's first voice is heard. If the consultation fails before that, no pass is used.
- With your confirmation you can extend by 10 minutes using one more pass, up to 30 minutes (3 passes) in one consultation.
- Passes are used automatically, starting with the valid one that expires soonest.
- When a consultation ends normally or you end it yourself, the remaining time is not saved or compensated.
- If a consultation ends because of a service failure that made it impossible to continue, all passes used for it are restored with their original expiry. You can check the result in your passes list. A safety ending triggered by a crisis is not automatically restored or refunded; contact us and we will look at the circumstances separately.
- Validity: purchased passes are valid for 5 years from the date of issue on the web and Android, and do not expire on iOS under the store's policy. Passes issued through a subscription are valid for 1 year from issue. The app's welcome pass is valid for 30 days from issue. If the purchase screen or your passes list shows different terms, the displayed terms take precedence.
- Subscription: the monthly 10-pass subscription is sold in the app only. Each billing period issues 10 passes. Cancelling a subscription stops only the next renewal; passes already issued remain usable until they expire. Passes issued for a payment that is refunded or cancelled are withdrawn.
- Price and payment: for paid products, the price, duration, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions shown on the purchase screen and by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the payment provider take precedence. Web prices are in Korean won and include VAT. Statutory rights of withdrawal and refund are not restricted by these terms.
How a refund is made depends on where you paid. For a purchase paid by card on the website the Company operates directly, a refund is in principle made only by cancelling that card transaction. For a purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the refund follows that store's own policy and procedure. In either case, statutory rights of withdrawal and refund are not restricted. Send refund questions to help@supasaju.com.
5. Content and intellectual property
Rights in the Service interface, software, the images, voices, and videos of the AI guide characters, compiled works, and content produced by the Company belong to the Company or the rightful owner. You may not copy, distribute, or sell them beyond personal use, and you may not reverse engineer the model or the Service.
6. Changes, interruption, and account closure
Parts of the Service may change or stop where required for security, maintenance, incidents, the law, or an external platform's policy. The Company gives notice before or after the fact, to the extent reasonably possible. You can delete your account at any time in Settings in the app or on the web; see Deleting your account for the steps and what is deleted. The minimum records the law requires us to keep are stored separately and then destroyed.
7. Liability and disputes
The Company is liable under applicable law to the extent of its intent or negligence. To the extent applicable law allows, you are responsible for decisions you make based on an AI reading and their results. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved in the court having jurisdiction under those laws. Where a provision of these terms conflicts with applicable law, it does not apply to that extent. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
8. Changes to these terms
We announce material changes in the Service in advance, with the effective date and the reason. Material changes that disadvantage users follow the period and method required by applicable law. Once there are earlier versions, they are listed at the top of this document.
9. Language
This English text is provided for users outside Korea. If the Korean and English texts differ, the Korean text governs.
